In this writ petition, the prayer of the petitioner is to direct respondent No.1 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.08.2023 (Annexure-A) and pass order within a time frame. 3. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the grievance of the petitioner - Association is with regard to sanction of due bills of the transporters under the Public Distribution System and other schemes of the Government and further the tender period called for work is during the year 2015-16.
