...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ or order more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent especially respondent No.4/Station House Officer in interfering with the civil dispute and the petitioner's personal life is illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and also by depriving their rights, guaranteed under Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4th respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute and the petitioner's personal life and to pass such IA NO: 1 OF 2023 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to direct the 4th respondent / Station House Officer not to interfere in the civil dispute and the petitioner's personal life, pending disposal of the above writ petition, and to pass such Counsel for the Petitioner(S):

ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue an appropriate writ or order more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent especially respondent No.4/Station House Officer in interfering with the civil dispute and the petitioner's personal life is illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and also by depriving their rights, guaranteed under Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4th respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute and the petitioner's personal life and to pass.…”
2. Heard Sri Seshadri Goalla, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V. Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents 1 to 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the police are calling the petitioners to the police station, in the absence of any crime registered and interfering with the civil disputes in between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents. Learned counsel would further submit that a direction may be given to the police.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between petitioners and the unofficial respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
6. Recording the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to call the petitioners to the police station since no crime has been registered against the petitioners and not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents. There shall be no order as to costs.
