First, the name of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the WBBPE was not recorded. It is hereby corrected that on that day Mr. Saikat Banerjee appeared on behalf of WBBPE. That apart, at the heading of the order sheet instead of “WPA 422 of 2024” the number should actually be “WPA 422 of 2025”. At the fourth line of the order sheet instead of “He”, it should actually be “She”.
