GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent Nos.2 to 5 in harassing the petitioner by pressurizing him to pay the EPF amounts and 2 salaries at the behest of 6th Respondent and further threatening him to pay EPF amounts with penalties as demanded by the 6th Respondent without any authority arising out of a manning contract is illegal, arbitrary and discriminative and violative Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent Nos.2 to 5 not to harass/ pressurize the Petitioner to pay EPF amounts, consequent penalties and salaries.” 2. Sri Malireddy Gowtham, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that no further orders are required in this matter and the petition may be disposed of. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
