THE STATION HOUSE OFFICER, KODAVALURU POLICE STATION, KONDAVALURU, SPSR NELLORE DISTRICT. ...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order, or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the inaction of respondents herein in not protecting, preserving the law and order and public order in and around the premises of the petitioner's factory by taking appropriate measures including passing necessary orders under Section 144 of Cr.P.C. and effective 2 preventive steps including preventive arrests under Sections 149 and 151 of Cr.P.C. to protect and prevent obstruction, annoyance, or injury to any person lawfully employed either directly or indirectly as illegal, arbitrary, and unconstitutional and contrary to the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 and violation of fundamental rights guaranteed in Art 19 (1) (g) of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents No 1 to 4 to take appropriate measures and further direct R-3 and R-4 to grant police protection in order to prevent any occurrence of any untoward incident capable of creating any law and order situation in and around the factory premises of the Petitioner and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2021 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to DIRECT the Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 herein to provide Police Protection in order to prevent any occurrence of any untoward incident capable of creating any law and order situation in and around the factory premises of the Petitioner in the interest of justice and pass Counsel for the Petitioner: 1.
