No. 01 of 2025 arising out of Bashistha Nagar P.S. Case No. 86 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 108 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Chatra. 3. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased Punam Devi who died due to asphyxia because of hanging in her matrimonial home. 4. It was submitted that there is no allegation of demand of dowry against the petitioner. It was further submitted that the deceased had committed suicide due to the family dispute. 5. Mr. Tarun Kumar, learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Chatra in connection with S.T.
