JUSTICE MANOJ JAIN O R D E R % 06.07.2026 1. The applicant seeks regular bail in case arising out of FIR No.0239/2023 dated 11.09.2023, registered at P.S. Special Cell, for commission of offences under Sections 18/25/29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 2. One of the contentions taken by the applicant is to the effect that the applicant is in custody since 13.09.2023 and the charges have yet not been ascertained. 3. He submits that, therefore, there is a serious violation of his invaluable right to have a speedy trial. 4. The next date before the learned Trial Court is stated to be 13.07.2026. 5. After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the applicant, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, does not press the present application at this juncture and seeks liberty to file application afresh, This is a digitally signed order. It is made clear that in case the charges are not ascertained within the abovesaid time-frame, the applicant would be at liberty to file bail application before this Court. 10.
