M MLL 221144 0077..0011..22002255 Ct. No. 18 adeb W.P.A. 673 of 2023 Hazarat Mandal & Ors. Vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors. Mr. Golam Mastafa Mr. Tarasankar Samanta …for the petitioners Mr. Arjun Roy Mukherjee Ms. Saheli Mukherjee …for the PBSSM Dr. Sutanu Kumar Patra Ms. Supriya Dubey …for the WBCSSC Mr. Biswajit De Ms. Rajlakshmi Ghatak …for the State Matter is taken up for consideration in terms of the order dated 2nd December, 2024 when the learned advocate representing the petitioners submits that due to want of instruction steps could not be taken in terms of the order dated 4th November, 2024 thereby serving notice upon the learned Additional Solicitor General and Ministry of Law and Justice, Branch Secretariat, Kolkata. On 2nd December, 2024 it was specifically recorded that no further adjournment shall be granted to the petitioners. In spite of said order dated 2nd December, 2024 it appears that notices have not been served. However, Paschimbanga Samagra Siksha Mission being additional respondent, State-respondents and West Bengal Central School Service Commission are represented by learned advocates. 2 It appears petitioners have lost interest. Writ petition stands dismissed. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings. (Saugata Bhattacharyya, J.)
