This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents herein more particularly the respondent Nos.2 to 5 herein in not considering the representation made by the petitioners dated 17.11.2022 to the respondent Nos.2 to 4 and dated 17.11.2022 to the 5th respondent herein in respect of the property admeasuring Ac.8.00 cents in R.S.No.346 situated at Jangareddygudem village and Mandal of Eluru District, Andhra Pradesh. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 08.10.2025 submits that the representation of the petitioners dated 17.11.2022 was considered and the same has been disposed of through an endorsement dated 06.12.2022. 4.
