It is the contention of the petitioner that even though the respondents admitted that the petitioner is entitled to the aforesaid amount, no payment has been made. The petitioner contends that such non-payment of money is clearly arbitrary and high-handed, requiring the interference of this Court. 03. On the other hand, learned Government Pleader for Agriculture, while admitting about the claim of the petitioner, placed on record instructions received from the office of Director of Agriculture, Andhra Pradesh, Guntur vide Lr.No.Court case / 01 / 2025, Dated 07.10.2025 wherein it was mentioned that the total supply subsidy is an amount of Rs.2,35,00,000/- under Rythu Radham 2017-2018 and amount of Rs. 2,35,00,000/- was already paid to the petitioner, and it was found that for the year 2018-2019 a pending subsidy amount of Rs.18,00,000/- is due. The instructions further state that the petitioner is required to submit the supporting documents to the respondent No.3 for clearing the admitted amount of Rs.18,00,000/- only. 3 BSB,J W.P.No.10750 of 2025 04. In view of the above instructions, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested to dispose of the writ petition, permitting the petitioner to submit the supporting document to a tune of Rs.18,00,000/- (Rupees eighteen lakhs only) for the year 2018-2019 with liberty to the respondents to examine the entire claim, and release the admitted amount. 05. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit to the respondents No.3 the documents supporting the claim, for Rs.18,00,000/- (Rupees eighteen lakhs only) and the respondents shall pay the admitted amount, within two (02) months after submission of the documents by the petitioner. There shall be no orders as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. ___________________________ JUSTICE B.S.
