Learned counsel for the petitioners states that, due to certain subsequent developments, the petitioners are not in a position to press this petition, at this stage. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the petition, without prejudice to the petitioners’ rights and contentions in the criminal proceedings. 3. It is also submitted that the petitioners seek to reserve their rights to approach the Court afresh for quashing of the impugned FIR, either on merits, or in the event of any subsequent settlement.
