The petitioner is aggrieved of the fact that respondent-Tahsildar and the Assistant Director of Land Records have failed to conduct phodi and durast although online applications were filed by the petitioner, once on 24.03.2022 and again on 30.07.2025. It is submitted that the requisite fee is also paid by the petitioner. 3. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the respondent-Tahsildar and the Assistant Director of Land Records, to conduct the phodi and durast in accordance with law, as expeditiously as - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:35839 WP No. 27115 of 2025 possible and at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
