Heard Sri Ramesh K R, learned counsel appearing for petitioner, Smt Rashmi M Rao, learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondent No.1 and Sri Ajay Kumar, learned counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3. 3. The petitioner is said to have come in possession of the land in Survey No.28/3 to an extent of 3 acres 12.08 guntas of Muthagadahalli, Yelahanka Taluk. The petitioner submits a representation to the respondent no.3 seeking change of land use. The said representation is not considered. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court. 4. It is necessary to notice that petitioner submits a representation on 22-05-2025 and even before expiry of reasonable time, he is before this Court. However, the learned Counsel Sri Ajay Kumar submits that the representation would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed. In that light, I deem it appropriate to dispose the petition, without going into the merit of the matter, directing consideration of the representation and its disposal within an - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:36855 WP No. 24983 of 2025 outer limit of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.
