Natural Justice and to consequently direct the respondent No 4 to conduct fair investigation in pursuant to crime no 142 of 2025 to initiate action against the Accused to take necessary action and to dc the investigation in to it expeditiously as early as possible and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased Pleased to direct the respondent No. 4 to conduct fair investigation in pursuant to crime no 142 of 2025 to initiate action against the Accused to take necessary action and to do the investigation in to it expeditiously as early as possible and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus, declaring the inaction of the respondents particularly the respondent No. 4 herein in take action in pursuant Crime no 142 of 2025 dated 20.07.2025 against the accused is illegal, arbitrary, irrational, unconstitutional and in violation of Principles of Natural Justice and to consequently direct the respondent No 4 to conduct fair investigation in pursuant to crime no 142 of 2025 to initiate action against the Accused to take necessary action and to dc the investigation in to it expeditiously as early as possible and to pass.…”
2. Heard Sri Somisetty Ganesh Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V. Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that police are not concluding the investigation in Cr.No.142 of 2025 of Thulluru PS, Guntur District.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on oral instructions, would submit that the investigation in this matter is still pending.
5. Considering the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the police to conclude the investigation and file a report according to law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (03)
months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, if not already filed by this date. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
