The present petition has been filed jointly by the complainant and the accused, i.e. petitioner No.2 and 1 respectively for quashment of FIR No.51/2021 registered with Police Station Gool, at the instance of petitioner No.2 against petitioner No.1 and consequent charge sheet No.67/2021 presented in the Court of learned Munsiff/JMIC Gool, Ramban. The petitioners seek quashment of impugned FIR on the ground that they have amicably resolved dispute and a compromise deed in this respect has been placed on record. Statements of the petitioners have been recorded before the Registrar Judicial of this Court. The complainant/petitioner No.2 has stated that she has resolved all disputes and issues with petitioner No.1 with respect to the impugned FIR and a compromise deed dated 03.08.2023 came to be duly registered and notarised between them. The complainant has further stated that she has no grievance against petitioner No.1 and no objection in case impugned FIR is quashed. Petitioners have been identified by their counsel. 02. In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the impugned FIR is quashed. Disposed with along with connected application(s). Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
