No.38/54P measuring 2 acres 25 guntas situated at Appugowdanahalli, Kasaba Hobli, Malavalli Taluk. 2. An application is tendered by the petitioner's father seeking phodi and durasti evidenced at Annexure-F - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:6903 WP No. 15344 of 2023 requesting the Authorities to conduct phodi and durasti and mark the boundaries over the petition land owned by the petitioner's father. 3. Learned HCGP, on instructions, submits that respondent Nos.2 and 3 will conduct phodi and durasti provided some reasonable time is granted. 4. Recording the assurance tendered by the learned HCGP, this Court proceeds to pass the following; ORDER (i) The writ petition is allowed.
