The said order reads as under:- "1. List revised. 2. There is an illness-slip reported of Sri Ram Raksha Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant. Sri Ajay Singh, learned A.G.A-I for the State is present. 3. Since there is an illness-slip, honoring the same, in the interest of justice, the matter is adjourned for today. 4.
