ORAL ORDER
1. The petitioner is aggrieved by a condition imposed in the recruitment notification. Most specifically, the condition that the candidate who seeks to make an application should have passed Secondary School Certificate Examination or Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination with Sanskrit as one of the subjects or its equivalent from recognized Institute.
2. The petitioner in the petition has categorically stated that pursuant to the said notification, he had not only submitted the application but also taken up the written examination, but his results were not declared. This, therefore, indicates that the petitioner did accept the terms of the notification and made the application under the very notification.
3. It is the settled law that having made application under a recruitment notification, a candidate would be estopped from

Consequentially, the petitioner’s claim that the condition imposed in the notification is bad in law cannot be entertained. The petition is, therefore, DISMISSED. Rule is discharged.
