NO.36134/2024 DATED 13.01.2025 VIDE ANNEXURE-A AND PUNISH THE ACCUSED. THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MR. VIBHU BAKHRU, CHIEF JUSTICE and HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE K.S.MUDAGAL ORAL ORDER (PER: HON'BLE MR. VIBHU BAKHRU, CHIEF JUSTICE) 1. The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 13.01.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.36134/2024 (LB-BMP). 2. In terms of the said order, this Court had directed the accused to consider the demand made by the complainant for payment of his final bills, which were annexed as Annexure-E and Annexure-J to the said petition. The Court further observed - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:54525-DB CCC No. 741 of 2025 that if any bills are pending, it was incumbent upon the accused- Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) to consider the same and pass appropriate orders. 3. The learned counsel for the accused has handed over a memo indicating that in terms of the said order, an exercise to verify the bills was taken. Although, proper verification could not be done, a decision has been made to clear certain bills to the extent as set out in the decision. 4. The memo is taken on record. Since a decision has been taken on the representation made by the complainant, we are not persuaded to accept that any action is required to be initiated for wilful disobedience of order of this Court. 5. The complaint is accordingly closed. Sd/- (VIBHU BAKHRU) CHIEF JUSTICE Sd/- (K.S.MUDAGAL) JUDGE KPS, List No.: 1 Sl No.: 21
