Her application is pending before the District Primary School Council, Cooch Behar. The designated portal for considering the prayer for transfer of Primary School Teacher is under suspension since 2022. Therefore, the District Primary School Council, Cooch Behar, respondent no. 5 shall consider the 2 prayer of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three months thereafter. Accordingly, WPA 384 of 2025 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the learned advocates for the parties on usual undertakings.
