ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent Nos.3 to 5 in interfering in civil dispute at the behest and influence of 6th to 10th Respondents with regard to the property of 1st Petitioner, purchased by virtue of Register sale deed vide Document No. 7774/2011 on 9-11-2011 before the S.R.O. Kadapa rural to an extent of Ac.O-95 cents out of Ac.01-38 cents in S.No.400 of Guduru village of Kadapa Town and District and the property of 2nd Petitioner an extent of Ac. 0- 43 cents out of Ac.1-38 cents in S.No.400 purchased by virtue of Register sale deed vide Document No. 2218/2020 on 17-03- 2020 before the S.R.O. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that a case in Cr.No.38 of 2022 U/sec.420 r/w 34 of IPC of Kadapa Taluk P.S., was registered against the Petitioners. The Police have never interfered with the civil disputes between the Petitioners and unofficial Respondents.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the Court may pass appropriate Orders.

4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedies before the appropriate forum according to law. The Police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties, except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
