Aggrieved by the same, the present appeal was preferred by the maternal grandmother. 2. Sri C.Upendra, learned counsel representing Ms.T.V.Sri Devi, learned counsel for the appellant submits that during the pendency of the appeal, the minor child attained majority. 3. Since the minor child now attained majority, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
