ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of the writ of MANDAMUS declaring the action of the Respondents, more particularly Respondent No. 4 and 5, in interfering with the civil disputes between Petitioner and Respondent No. 6 in respect of the property admeasuring an extent of Ac. 2.50 cents in Survey No.750/1 of Allamadugu village, Vedurukuppam Mandal, Chittoor District, A.P. as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction besides violating Petitioners rights guaranteed under Article 14, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent No. 4 not to interfere in civil disputes between Petitioners and Respondent No. 5 in respect of the property admeasuring an extent of an extent of Ac. 2.50 cents in Survey No.750/1 of Allamadugu village, Vedurukuppam Mandal, Chittoor District, A.P. and pass.…”
2. Heard Sri P.Jagadish Chandra Prasad, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the Respondents.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the Police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and the Unofficial Respondent. He would further submit that a case in Cr.No.143 of 2024 under Sections 329(3), 351(2) r/w 3(5) of BNS was registered basing on the complaint of Mr.P.Ramachandra Naidu against the husband of the Petitioner and others.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
5. Recording the above said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties, except under due process of law. There shall be no Order as to costs.
