Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is facing criminal case for the last 25 years. 2. Learned counsel submits that only material against the petitioner is that the defacto complainant overheard “Mani Kumar” as the name of the one of the offenders. 3. Learned senior counsel submits that merely on this basis the present petitioner was arrested and charge sheet was filed. Learned senior counsel further submits that charges have already been framed against the petitioner. 4. Let the copy of the complete charge sheet be placed on record along with the supplementary affidavit 5. List this matter on the first day before the next available Circuit Bench. 6.
