Heard Sri Vishvendra Singh, learned counsel for applicant and Sri Alok Mishra, learned AGA. 2. This is third bail application of applicant who is facing trial for offence U/s 376, 506 IPC and 67 of I.T. Act and he is behind bars from 24.07.2022 i.e. 3 years. 3. I have perused the status report dated 16.05.2025 that out of proposed 13 witnesses, 4 have been examined including victim. 4. Learned counsel for applicant by referring statement of victim submits that victim herself went along with applicant and stayed, as such, it may be a case of consensual relationship. 5. Per contra, learned AGA submits that testimony of victim has to be read in its entirety that she has made specific allegation of rape against applicant as well as unsolicited video was recorded. 6. In aforesaid circumstances, taking note of allegations, without commenting on nature of testimony, I am of opinion that aforesaid period of incarceration can not be considered as a prolong detention period as well as trial is progressing, therefore, no case of bail is made out. 7.
