THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR CONCILIATION BEFORE NATIONAL LOK ADALAT, THE FOLLOWING CONCIALIATION ORDER IS PASSED: CONCILIATION ORDER In this petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing the Order dated 15.11.2017 in No.IDA 2/2017 on Issue No.1 [Annexure-A] before the Presiding Officer, Labour Court-Cum-ESI, Mangalore D.K., and also the impugned Award dated 25.01.2018 passed by the learned Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Dakshina Kannada, Mangalore in IDA NO.2/2017 [Annexure-B]. 2. After negotiations, the parties have arrived at settlement. Both the parties have filed a Joint Memo 3 duly signed before the Lok Adalath. The said Joint Memo reads as follows: 1. The Respondent 3 Corporation agreed to reinstate the petitioner 3 workman into service without continuity of service, without consequential benefits and without backwages from the date of dismissal till the date of reinstatement. 2. The parties to the proceedings have agreed for the above terms. 3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Joint Memo modifying the Award dated 25.01.2018 passed by the learned Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Dakshina Kannada, Mangalore in IDA NO.2/2017 [Annexure-B].
