Following relief has been claimed in the writ petition:- 10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ/order/directions to the respondent authorities to pass appropriate order to credit the amount of arrears of 7th Pay Scale directly in the account of petitioners instead of depositing the same in K-Account. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ/order/directions to release the arrears after 01-04-2019. 10.3 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper according to the facts and circumstances of the case along with the cost of the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that issue involved in this writ petition is in respect to release of arrears of t07th Pay Commission to the petitioners which has been deposited in the K-account. She further submits that the similar issue came up before this Court in WPS No. 2616/2024, Lalit Prasad Verma Vs. Union of india & Ors. And Other connected matter. This Court vide its order dated 29.08.2024 disposed of the writ petitions with an expectation that amount deposited in the K- deposited will be disbursed to the petitioners therein. Thus, the order dated 29.08.2024 passed in WPS No. 2616/2024 would apply in the case of the petitioners. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents opposes the submission however is not in position to dispute the order dated 29.08.2024 in WPS No.2616/2024. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. In case Lalit Prasad Verma Vs. Union of india & Ors. And Other connected matter in WPS No. 2616/2024, this Court observed as under:- “5. Since the dispute in these writ petitions with regard to disbursement / payment of the amount kept by the State Government in K deposit and in light of order dated 13.08.2024, the sanction has been granted to release the same and as submitted by Mr. Kale, learned Additional 3 / 3 Advocate General that the said amount would be disbursed/ paid to the petitioners in due course of time, this Court at this stage is disposing of these writ petitions with an expectation that the said amount would be disbursed/paid to the petitioners within a period of 120 days from today. If any grievance still subsists, petitioners would be at liberty to approach this Court again.” 6. Thus, in light of the above, this writ petition is disposed off in terms of order dated 29.08.2024 passed in WPS No. 2616/2024. 7. No order as to cost. Sd/- (Sachin Singh Rajput) Judge Ashish
