ORAL ORDER
Parties present. After deliberation, they present a joint memo which reads as under: <The petitioner and respondent files a joint memo stating that with 6% interest on Rs.1,27,000/- it is agreed to be paid by the petitioner in favour of the respondent. Although Rs.69,215/- is already been deposited before the Trial Court vide DD No.510069 dated 03.02.2024 can be withdrawn by the respondent before the Trial Court as per the Orders of the Hon9ble High Court of Karnataka has ordered to pay 6% per annum as interest on the decretal amount of Rs.1,27,000/- which shall be Rs.1,49,860/- as on today. The petitioner having been paid Rs.69,215/- need to pay Rs.80,645/- as the full and final settlement amount which shall the petitioner would pay within 3 months from the date of order by way DD/cheque in favour of respondent.
The parties to the case would comply the orders of this Hon9ble Court within the time frame as granted by the Hon9ble Court.=
2. As per the joint memo, decree of the Trial Court is modified whereby the petitioner is required to pay Rs.1,27,000/- with 6% interest instead of 18% interest.

3. Amount in deposit shall be withdrawn by the respondent under due identification.
4. Balance decretal amount shall be paid on or before 31st March 2026.
