Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the issue involved in this writ petition has already been decided by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in case of Smt. Anupama Pathak and others vs. The State of Chhattisgarh and others (WPS No 6487 of 2024 decided 2 on 15-10-2024), therefore, the present writ petition may be disposed of in the same terms. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent/State would submit that in the event petitioner submits fresh representation before the competent authority, his case shall be scrutinized and if after due verification it is found that his case is similar, then he shall be entitled to all such benefits available to him, in accordance with law. 3. In view of the above, the instant writ petition deserves to be disposed of in terms of the order passed by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court in case of Smt. Anupama Pathak (supra). 4.
