A.P.P Mr. Dhiman Sil, ….for the State In Re: CRAN 1 of 2025 1. This is an application seeking for modification/relaxation of condition of bail which was granted by this Court on 09.04.2025. 2. It is said by the learned Advocate for the petitioner that all the conditions as imposed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has been complied with. But as the present petitioners are the daily wage labour and as the investigation process has already been ended by submitting charge-sheet by the prosecuting 2 agency the condition imposed upon this accused /petitioner to meet the O.C./I.C. of concerned police station may be waived. 3. It is said by the learned Advocate for the State that after framing of charge the next date is fixed by the trial Court for taking evidence of the prosecution witnesses. 4. I am of the view that the condition as imposed by the Co- ordinate Bench of this court at the time of granting bail in favour of this accused/petitioner giving direction upon the petitioner to meet the O.C./I.C. of the police station once in a week is to be waived but other conditions as imposed by the Bench as passed in the order dated 09.04.2025 shall be remained unaltered. 5. Accordingly, this application being CRAN 1 of 2025 is hereby allowed. 6. The condition as imposed by the Co-ordinate Bench at the time of granting bail in favour of this accused/petitioner directing upon him to meet the concerned O.C./I.C. of police station once in a week is hereby waived. 7. The other conditions as imposed by the Bench in the said order shall be remained unaltered. 8. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2025 is hereby allowed and disposed of.
