It is the contention of the petitioner that even though the respondents admitted that the petitioner is entitled to the aforesaid amount, no payment has been made. The petitioner contends that such non-payment of money is clearly arbitrary and high-handed, requiring the interference of this Court. 03. On the other hand, learned Government Pleader for Agriculture, while admitting about the claim of the petitioner, placed on record instructions received from the office of Director of Agriculture, Andhra Pradesh, Guntur vide Lr.No.Court case / 28584 / 2025, Dated 24.11.2025 wherein it was mentioned that the total supply subsidy is an amount of Rs.45,85,892/- under SMAM (Submission on Agriculture Mechanization) as per the record available; and that out of the same, Rs.34,42,804/- had been paid to the petitioner, and the balance due is Rs.11,43,088/- only. The instructions further state that the petitioner is required to submit the supporting documents to the respondent No.3 for clearing the admitted amount of Rs.11,43,088/- only. 3 BSB,J W.P.No.28584 of 2025 04. In view of the above instructions, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested to dispose of the writ petition, permitting the petitioner to submit the supporting document to raise the claim not only Rs.11,43,088/- but also for the total amount of Rs.11,70,083/- with liberty to the respondents to examine the entire claim and release the admitted amount and also the higher claim, if found correct. 05. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit to the respondent No.3 the documents supporting the claim for Rs.11,70,083/- and thereafter, the respondent No.3 shall verify the documents and release the admitted amount of Rs.11,43,088/- and also the higher claim, if found correct, basing on the documents submitted by the petitioner, within two (02) months after submission of the documents by the petitioner. There shall be no orders as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. ___________________________ JUSTICE B.S.
