In the suit instituted by plaintiffs-respondents, an application for grant of temporary injunction was moved in which ad interim injunction has been granted by court below. Till date, the defendants have not filed any objections to the said application. He is granted two weeks time for doing so. In case, the objections are moved within two weeks, the trial court shall proceed with temporary injunction application and shall decide the same, strictly in accordance with law, considering the objections filed by defendants, within a period of four months. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
