The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking, inter alia, quashing of the order dated 23.06.2025, whereby the Petitioner's GST registration was cancelled with retrospective effect from the date of registration, i.e., 14.04.2023. 2. A reply has been filed on behalf of the Respondents stating that the Petitioner had filed an application for revocation of cancellation of registration, which came to be rejected by the Proper Officer vide order dated 18.09.2025. 3. Keeping in view the aforesaid position, learned counsel representing the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to avail the statutory remedy of appeal against the order dated 18.09.2025 rejecting the application for revocation of cancellation of registration.
