This writ petition has been preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following reliefs: “RELIEF (S) SOUGHT: 10.1. That, this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to exercise the power on the complaint made by the petitioner dated 13.09.2021 within stipulated time period to vacate the house no. 16 at Bhatgaon in urja nagar. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deems fit and appropriate.” 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to respondent No.1 & 2 to consider and decide the complaint dated 13.09.2021 made by the petitioner for taking action in respect of quarter/accommodation allotted to him during his service period which was later on forcefully occupied by his daughter and son-in- law. Copy of said application dated 13.09.2021 is annexed alongwith the petition as Annexure P/1. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent -SECL contended that eviction proceeding has already been initiated, order has been passed by the concerned Authority for evicting the persons from the allotted house/accomodation (Quarter No.B-16, Urja Colony). In support of his contention, he placed before this Court document/order dated 3 23.05.2025 passed/issued by Estate Officer, SECL, Bhatgaon, Distt-Surajpur, (CG). 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the document/order dated 23.05.2025 passed/issued by the Estate Officer, SECL, Bhatgaon, Distt-Surajpur, (CG). 5. Perusal of the document/order dated 23.05.2025 shows that order has already been passed by the concerned Authority for evicting the persons from the allotted house/accomodation (Quarter No.B- 16, Urja Colony), therefore, there is nothing remains to adjudicate in this case. 6.
