At the outset, it appears that although, the petitioners have prayed for the modification and clarification of the aforesaid order but in appeal, preferred by the Bus Stand Imlipara Vyapar Sangh, Bilaspur, the same has not only been affirmed by the Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.06.2024 in Writ Appeal No.359/2024, but also, was found to be affirmed further by the 3 Hon’ble Supreme Court vide order dated 08.08.2025 in Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No.(S) 38084/2025.
