In this writ petition, petitioner has sought for appointment of an Arbitrator for resolution of dispute as per the Deed of Lease dated 10.12.2015 (Annexure-A). 2. Respondent No.1 though served has remained unrepresented. 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and taking into consideration Clause 26 of the Deed of Lease dated 10.12.2015, I am of the view that, the matter requires to be resolved by appointing an Arbitrator, as per the provisions under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. 4. Accordingly, Shri. Kukkaje Ramakrishna Bhat, retired District Judge, is hereby appointed as the Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties herein. 5. In order to avoid delay in the matter, the parties are directed to appear before the Arbitration and Conciliation Centre, Race Course Road, Bengaluru, on 15.12.2025 at - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:48453 CMP No. 123 of 2025 11.00 a.m. On appearance of the parties, learned Arbitrator is requested to resolve the matter at the earliest. 6. The Registry is directed to communicate this order to the Arbitration and Conciliation Centre, Bengaluru and also to Shri. Kukkaje Ramakrishna Bhat, retired District Judge, forthwith. 7.
