The petitioners have been granted interim anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 102/2023 for offences under Sections 376, 354, 504, 506, 34 of IPC registered with Police Station, Khour, District Jammu. The said order is still subsisting and during the pendency of this bail application, investigation of the case has progressed substantially. In fact, on 04.04.2025, when the matter was taken up for consideration, upon perusal of the case diary, it was noted by this Court that the investigation of the case has reached a crucial stage and guidance was being sought by the P a g e | 2 Bail App No. 295/2023 C/w CRM (M) No. 994/2023 investigating agency from the Prosecution Wing regarding further course of action. On 11.03.2025 when the case diary was perused by this Court it was noted that the involvement of petitioner No. 2 to 5 has not been established. It was further submitted by the Investigating officer that the petitioners are cooperating with the investigation of the case. 2. In view of the above developments and there being nothing on record to show that the petitioners have violated any of the conditions of the bail, interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners in terms of order dated 24.11.2023 is made absolute subject to the conditions contained therein. 3. Bail application is accordingly disposed of. CRM (M) No. 994/2023: Nobody has appeared on behalf of the official respondents today. Await their appearance. Case diary be produced on next date of hearing for perusal of this Court. List on 05.08.2025 before the Bench having roster.
