Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:68553 Court No. - 5 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 5775 of 2025 Petitioner :- Ramnath Respondent :- U.P. State Bridge Corporation Ltd., And 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Pramod K. Gupta Counsel for Respondent :- Nagesh Kumar Hon'ble Ajay Bhanot,J. The petitioner superannuated from service on 31.12.2024. His retiral dues including gratuity, leave encashment, E.P.F., arrears of pension from 01.01.2025 have not been paid. The other entitlements like arrears of salary have also been denied to the petitioner. He has made a representation before the competent authority but to no avail. The only prayer made by Shri Pramod K. Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner is that the representation of the petitioner may be decided within a stipulated period of time. On the basis of instructions, Shri Nagesh Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents submits that retiral dues which were payable to the petitioner by the respondent- corporation have been released to him. However, he fairly contends that in case the petitioner has any grievance regarding non-payment of the other dues, the same may be decided by the respondent-corporation in a reasonable period of time. In wake of the submissions made at the Bar and without going into the merits of the case, the respondent No.1- Managing Director, U.P. State Bridge Corporation Ltd. is directed to decide the claim of the petitioner regarding payment of the aforesaid dues as per law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction the writ petition is disposed of. Order Date :- 1.5.2025 Ashish Tripathi Digitally signed by :- ASHISH NAYAN TRIPATHI High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
