Present writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 29.1.2025 lodged by the respondent no. 4 in Case Crime No. 29 of 2025 under section 137(2), 87 of B.N.S., P.S. Lodha, District Aligarh. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case. 3. At the very outset, learned AGA for the State pointed out that in the present case during course of investigation section 64 B.N.S. has been added and the petitioner no. 1, who is main accused, has already been arrested. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present petition. 5. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
