1. By way of the instant petition the petitioner is calling under question the action of the respondents for preparing the compensation of the petitioner under Land Purchase Policy 2016 in lieu of acquisition of land for construction of Bhagodih-Sarhar-Kumharikala Road whereas it should have been prepared the compensation as per Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.
2. At this stage learned counsel for the petitioner would confine his prayer to the extent that the Respondents No.3 & 4 may be directed to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 01/04/2025 & 12/06/2025 (Annexure P/5) within a stipulated time period.
3. Learned State counsel submits that they have no objection in deciding the representation made by the petitioner.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents.
5. Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner and the no objection given by the State counsel, it is
directed that Respondents No.3 & 4 are directed to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 01/04/2025 & 12/06/2025 (Annexure P/5) expeditiously as soon as possible preferably within a period of 120 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the respondent authorities shall be at liberty to

7. With the aforesaid observation the instant writ petition stands
