Hon'ble Manjive Shukla,J. 1. Sri Anupam Tripathi, learned counsel appearing for the revisionists, at the very outset, has submitted that the revisionists want to withdraw this criminal revision. He further submits that this Court may provide that if the revisionists appear before the trial court and apply for bail, their application for bail may be considered in the light of the judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another ( 2021) 10 SCC 773. 2. In view of the aforesaid, this criminal revision is dismissed as withdrawn. 3. However, it is provided that if the revisionists, pursuant to the impugned order dated 21.01.2025, appear before the trial court and apply for their bail, their bail application may be considered particularly keeping in view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil (supra), if applicable.
