Learned Assistant Government Pleader placed on record written instructions and would submit that there are civil disputes pending between the Petitioners and unofficial respondents and civil suit is pending before the concerned Civil Court, respondent Police never interfered in the civil disputes between the parties, and requested to dispose of the Writ Petition by passing appropriate orders. Learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that recording he said submissions, this Writ Petition may be disposed of. Recording the submissions and, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
