With the consent of the parties the present petition is heard finally. 2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition on the following reliefs: “10.1. That, this Hon’ble Court be pleased to call for entire records of the case from the respondents, in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court be pleased to quash the impugned order Annexure P/6 and direct the Respondents to provide the information to the petitioner sought by him vide his RTI application dated 18.06.2022. 10.3 That this Hon’ble Court be further pleased to pass such other order or direction as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit including the costs of the petition under the facts and in the circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsels for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed RTI application to seek information about documents relating to appointment of Respondent no. 7 who is working on a public post. Upon non-consideration of his application, he filed First Appeal which was rejected so he filed Second Appeal which has also been rejected. 3 4. At the outset, learned State counsel opposes the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner and contended that there is no good ground to entertain this petition and it deserves to be dismissed. 5. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties on maintainability and perused the record with utmost circumspection. 6. Perusal of records shows that respondent no. 3 rejected the First Appeal vide its order dated 08.09.2022. The relevant portion of order dated 08.09.2022 is read as under: "उपरोक्त संदर्भित विषयानुक्रम में लेख है वि सूचना े अधि!ार अधि!विनयम 2005 े तहत मुख्य ाय#पालन अधि!ारी ज.प. पामगढ़ ने संु ल े न्द्र दरा े अधि!नस्थ शासीय माध्यविम शाला ु टराबोडत्र में श्री विरेन्द्र श्यप शिशक्ष पंचायत विपता ुनेश्वर श्यप े विनयुविक्त समय संलग्न समस्त शैक्षशि9 योग्यता प्रमा9 पत्र चयन सूची विदव्यांग प्रमा9 पत्र विनयुविक्त पत्र सविहत दस्ताेज े जानारी देने ा इस ाया#लय ो पत्र विदया गया है। श्री विरेन्द्र श्यप शिशक्ष एलबी ने अपने पत्र में अपने सेा से संबंधि!त व्यविक्तगत जानारी विसी ी प्रार ा दस्ताेज अपने पत्निAन ो छोड़र विसी ो ी देने से इंार विया गया है। इस ार9 जानारी आपो नहीं जा रही है।" 7. Thereafter, petitioner preferred Second Appeal against the order dated 08.09.2022 which was also rejected by respondent no. 5 vide its order dated 13.09.2022. The relevant portion of the order dated 13.09.2022 is read as under: "प्रथम अपील ा विनरार9 विनयमानुसार विया गया े संबं! में 4 विदनां 08.09.2022 ी पेशी में अपीलाथF उपत्निस्थत रहें। जन सूचना अधि!ारी मुख्य ाय#पा नन अधि!ारी जनपद पंचायत े तरफ से संबंधि!त लिलविप उपत्निस्थत रहे। उसे द्वारा सुनाई विदनों ो बताया गया 1 े अपीलाथF े चाही गई जानारी ा आेदन जन सूचना अधि!ारी वि.ख.शिशक्षा अधि!ारी पामगढ़ ो जानारी / जाब विदये जाने हेतु हस्तांतरिरत विया गया था। जन सूचना अधि!ारी वि.ख.शिशक्षा अधि!ारी े द्वारा आेद ी ओर जाब पत्र ेजा गया हैं। जिजसमें तीसरा पक्षा े द्वारा मेरे से संबंधि!त ोई ी जानारी विसी अन्य व्यविक्तयों ो नही विदये जाने हेतु विनेदन पत्र प्रस्तुत विया गया हैं। प्राप्त पत्र े अलोन से स्पष्ट है वि अपीलाथF ो चाही गई जानारी ा जाब पत्र ेजा गया है। इसी े साथ प्रर9 नस्ती बंद्ध विया जाता है।" 8. Therefore, from perusal of the aforesaid orders, this Court does not find any illegality or perversity in the orders and there is no good ground to entertain this petition.
