Respondent(s) Through: Mrs. Monika Kohli, Sr. AAG. CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY DHAR, JUDGE ORDER 25.08.2025 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, it seems that the mutations have been attested in respect of subject matter of the writ petition in favour of a third person, who according to the petitioners, is illegal occupant of the land in question. It has been submitted that due to these developments which have come to the notice of the petitioners upon receiving the copy of the reply filed by the official respondents, the petitioners do not want to press the instant writ petition and they seek liberty to challenge the mutation orders passed in respect of the land in question before the appropriate forum. The statement of learned counsel for the petitioners is taken on record. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn leaving it open to the petitioners to challenge the mutation orders before the appropriate forum. Disposed of.
