P. -------- 03/ Dated 30.07.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Godda (T) P.S. Case No. 383 of 2021, for the offences registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 325, 504, 506 and 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda. On 17.11.2021, co-accused persons were demanded Rupees Five Lakhs as rangdari from the informant. During the course of investigation, it transpired that the petitioner was found to be talking to the accused, in whose account, money was transferred. Considering the nature of accusation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda, in connection with Godda (T) P.S.
