before the Appellate Tribunal MCD, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with the liberty to institute a fresh petition as and when any fresh cause of action arises.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition along with pending application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
4. The date already fixed, i.e. 24.07.2026, stands cancelled.
