Allegedly, Ganja cultivatio0n was being done on a plot of land of which the petitioner is a co-owner. It is an undivided/undemarcated property. The allegations are out and out false. 2. Learned State advocate says that commercial quantioty of Ganja was seized from the concerned plot of land. The petitioner is absconding. 3. In view of commercial quantity of Ganja being involved and undisputedly the land on which the Ganja cultivation was going on being co-owned by the petitioner, also keeping in mind that investigation is in progress and chargesheet is yet to be filed, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.
