HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - C No. - 37512 of 2023 Court No. - 6 HON'BLE DR. YOGENDRA KUMAR SRIVASTAVA, J. Sri Kunjesh Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Abhishek Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel and Sri Riyajuddin Ansari, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 5 and 6. The present petition has been filed seeking to raise a grievance with regard to certain revenue entries which according to the petitioner have been wrongly entered in the revenue records. Representations in this regard are stated to have been submitted before the respondent-State authorities. Counsel for the petitioner has not been able to dispute that for the purpose of correction of revenue entries, the petitioner would be required to invoke the appropriate legal remedy as per the statutory provisions and that a writ petition for the purpose would not be entertainable. Accordingly, learned counsel states that he does not wish to press the petition and that the petitioner would take recourse to the appropriate statutory legal remedy with regard to his grievances. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
