GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring action of the Second respondent herein interfering unnecessarily into civil dispute without following law for the Flat No. SF-2, with a plinth area 1125 in second floor, Neelima Mansions, bearing patta no. 93 covered by Sy.no. 121/2 part of Kurmannapalem village, Visakhapatnam within limits of Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal 2 Corporation, Visakhapatnam District is illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India, and consequently direct the second respondent not to interfere in relation to the Flat No. SF-2, with a plinth area 1125 in second floor, Neelima Mansions, bearing patta no. 93 covered by Sy.no. 121/2 part of Kurmannapalem - village, Visakhapatnam within limits of Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation, Visakhapatnam District.” 2. Sri M.M.M.Krishna Sanapala, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that this is a case of interference of Police in the civil disputes between the parties. 3. Sri P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the Police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are directed not to interfere with the civil disputes between the parties, except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
