GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the 2 respondents particularly, 4th respondent at the instance of Respondents No. 5 and 6 in insisting the petitioner to appear before his authority and thereby directing him to vacate from the agricultural lands admeasuring Ac.6.60 Cents covered by Survey No.306/2, situated in Papinenipalle village, Ardhaveedu Mandal of Prakasam District and yield to the terms of Respondents No. 5 and 6 as illegal, irregular, irrational, without any authority or sanction of law and without jurisdiction and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300- A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents particularly 4th respondent not to interfere in any manner with petitioners personal life, liberty and property nor insist them to appear before their authority for settling terms with Respondents No.5 and 6 in respect of the subject property.” 2. Heard Ms.P.Satya Haritha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties. 4. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
